We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

04 Sharing & Disclosure

We share your data only where necessary:

  • Chauffeurs — your name, pickup/drop-off, and phone number are shared with your assigned driver to complete the ride
  • Moovs — our booking and dispatch platform. Moovs processes and stores booking and payment data on our behalf

  • Law enforcement — we may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights

All third-party service providers are contractually required to handle your data securely and only for the purposes we specify.

05 Cookie Policy

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies. Here is what we use and why:

Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are essential for the site to function and cannot be disabled. They do not store personal information.

  • Session state and security tokens
  • Booking widget functionality (Moovs iframe)

Analytics cookies

Placed by Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors use the site — which pages are viewed, how long people stay, and where they come from. Data is aggregated and anonymised. Cookie name: _ga, _gid. Duration: up to 2 years.

Advertising cookies

Placed by Google Ads via Google Tag Manager (GTM-NMF3RG85) to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns and to show relevant ads. These cookies may track your activity across other websites. Duration: up to 90 days.

Managing cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling analytics or advertising cookies will not affect your ability to make a booking. You can also opt out of Google's advertising cookies at adssettings.google.com.

06 Data Retention

We keep your data for as long as reasonably necessary:

  • Booking records — 7 years from the date of service, to meet accounting and regulatory requirements
  • Enquiries that did not convert to a booking — 12 months, after which records are deleted
  • Marketing opt-in records — retained until you opt out, then deleted within 30 days
  • Analytics data — aggregated; retained per Google Analytics' default retention settings (up to 26 months)

07 Your Rights

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and, where applicable, other privacy laws, you have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Deletion — request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions (e.g., records we must keep for tax purposes)
  • Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate information
  • Opt out of marketing — at any time, without affecting your ability to book services
  • Non-discrimination — exercising your privacy rights will never affect the price or quality of service we provide

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at Chauffora@gmail.com. We will respond within 45 days. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing a request.

08 Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), access controls that limit who can view booking records, and third-party processors (Stripe, Moovs) that are PCI-DSS compliant.

No transmission over the internet is completely secure. If you have reason to believe your personal information has been compromised, please contact us immediately at Chauffora@gmail.com.

09 Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10 Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify you via email (if we hold your contact details) or via a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
